2. Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries
The name says it all. Use your favorite yogurt to throw on top of some fresh blueberries and stick in the freezer. Readily available for a quick bite to eat!

3. Cucumber Sandwiches
Keep them cool with a refreshing cucumber sandwich. Mix 3 to 4 tbsp. of plain whipped cream cheese with a few dashes of salt and ¼ tbs. of dill (optional). Peel and slice one cucumber and lay on a piece of white bread. Than spread cream cheese mixture on top of the cucumber and a second piece of white bread following. Slice in half and serve.

This simple drink is deliciously hydrating! Put 1½ cups of pureed watermelon in a freezer safe container than add ½ cup of processed chopped ice to watermelon. Every 20 minutes or so, scrap any ice that has formed with a spoon and enjoy. A great way to keep any bored kids occupied!
